Crypto deposits and transfers with EasyLoad

EasyLoad includes guided crypto deposit and withdrawal flows. Select a network and asset, review the destination and estimate, then authorize supported transactions securely in the app.

Crypto transactions can be irreversible.

Use only the network, asset and address displayed in EasyLoad. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network may cause permanent loss.

Select crypto funding
Open Add Funds and choose Crypto.

Choose a network and asset
Only use combinations currently displayed as active in the app.

Activate the deposit address
Complete the required security confirmation and copy or scan the displayed address.

Wait for confirmations
The deposit remains pending until the network and EasyLoad complete the required checks.

Send crypto to a wallet

Add or choose a recipient wallet, select the network and asset, enter the amount and review the estimate. The app presents the recipient amount and applicable network information before authorization.

Compare the first and last characters of the wallet address.
Confirm that the recipient supports the selected network and asset.
Use a small test transfer when appropriate.
Never share a seed phrase, private key, password, PIN or verification code.

Networks, assets and availability

Supported networks and assets are provided dynamically by EasyLoad. Availability may change for maintenance, liquidity, compliance or provider reasons. The list shown in the app is authoritative for the current transaction.

Fees, estimates and status

Network fees and estimates can change with blockchain conditions. Review the final information immediately before confirming. Keep the EasyLoad reference and blockchain transaction hash when one is available.

Crypto support

If a transaction is delayed, first verify its status in EasyLoad and on the relevant blockchain explorer. Then contact [email protected] with the reference, network, asset and transaction hash. Never send private keys or credentials.
