Deposit and send crypto with EasyLoad
Learn how to fund your EasyLoad wallet with supported cryptocurrency or send crypto to an external wallet while checking the asset, blockchain network, address, fees and transaction status.
- Clear in-app review
- Activity references
- Official support
Use only the asset, blockchain network and wallet address displayed for the transaction. Sending an unsupported token, selecting the wrong network or entering the wrong address may cause permanent loss. EasyLoad does not provide investment advice or promise returns.
What is the EasyLoad crypto wallet?
EasyLoad provides guided cryptocurrency deposit and transfer flows within its digital wallet. A crypto deposit can add value through a supported asset and network shown in the app. A crypto withdrawal or transfer sends a supported asset from the available EasyLoad flow to a compatible external wallet address.
The available assets, networks, minimum amounts, estimates, fees and transaction limits are retrieved dynamically. They can change because of provider availability, blockchain maintenance, liquidity, compliance checks or network conditions. The review screen inside EasyLoad is the authoritative source for the transaction you are preparing.
Crypto deposit
Receive a supported asset at the deposit address and network shown by EasyLoad, then wait for the required confirmations.
Send crypto
Choose a compatible recipient wallet, enter the amount and review the network and destination before authorization.
Track status
Use the EasyLoad reference and, when available, the blockchain transaction hash to follow progress.
How to deposit cryptocurrency into EasyLoad
- 1Open Add Funds
Sign in to the official EasyLoad app, open your wallet and choose the crypto funding option currently displayed.
- 2Select the asset and network
Choose only an available combination. A token with the same name can exist on different blockchains, and those networks are not automatically interchangeable.
- 3Read limits and instructions
Review the minimum deposit, required confirmations, memo or tag requirements, and any warning shown for that asset.
- 4Copy or scan the deposit details
Use the exact address shown. If a memo, destination tag or payment ID is required, include it exactly as displayed.
- 5Confirm from the sending wallet
Before sending, compare the network and the first and last characters of the address. Consider a small test transaction when appropriate.
- 6Wait for blockchain confirmations
A broadcast transaction may remain pending until the network and EasyLoad complete the required processing and checks.
How to send crypto to another wallet
Add or select a recipient wallet, choose an available asset and network, enter the amount and review the estimate. Do not authorize the transfer until the recipient confirms that their wallet supports that exact network and asset.
Verify the address
Wallet addresses are long and easy to misread. Compare the beginning and end after pasting and avoid typing an address manually.
Match the network
The sending and receiving network must be compatible. A familiar token symbol does not prove that the network is correct.
Review the final amount
Check the amount, recipient, network and estimated fee immediately before confirming.
- Do not send to an address received through an unexpected or unverified message.
- Pause if a recipient suddenly changes their address or network instructions.
- Never share a seed phrase, private key, password, PIN or one-time verification code.
- Do not trust anyone who promises to reverse, accelerate or recover a transaction for an upfront payment.
Assets, blockchain networks and wallet addresses
A cryptocurrency asset and its blockchain network are separate transaction details. EasyLoad may support an asset on one network but not another. Always select from the combinations shown in the app instead of assuming compatibility from a coin or token name.

Crypto network fees, estimates and processing time
Blockchain fees and confirmation times can change with network activity. EasyLoad presents the available estimate and transaction details during review. An estimate is not a fixed exchange-rate promise, investment quote or guaranteed completion time.
How to check a pending or delayed crypto transaction
- 1Check EasyLoad activity
Look for the current status and keep the EasyLoad transaction reference.
- 2Find the transaction hash
If a blockchain hash is available, copy it carefully from the sending service or EasyLoad activity.
- 3Use the correct explorer
Search the hash only on a reputable explorer for the selected blockchain network. Never enter a seed phrase or private key.
- 4Contact official support
If processing exceeds the displayed expectation, send the reference, asset, network, amount, time and transaction hash to EasyLoad support.
