Contact support effectively

EasyLoad includes support channels, tickets and live-chat capabilities in the app. For faster investigation, provide the transaction reference, date, amount, currency, recipient identifier and a description of what happened.

Do not send sensitive secrets.

Support does not need your password, PIN, private key, seed phrase or one-time verification code.

Transaction status basics

Pending means processing is not final. Completed means EasyLoad recorded a successful outcome. Failed means the requested action did not complete. Provider and blockchain timing can affect when a final result appears.
