Save the transaction reference if you need support.

Protect an unused EasyCard

Treat the hidden code like cash.
Redeem only inside the official EasyLoad app.
Do not buy a card whose code area appears damaged or previously revealed.
Never provide a code to someone claiming they need it to verify your account.

If a code is not accepted

Check every character and confirm the card has not already been redeemed. If the issue continues, contact EasyLoad support with the purchase details and non-sensitive card information. Do not publish the complete code or send it through social media.
