Delete your EasyLoad account

EasyLoad provides an account-deletion flow inside the app. You can also contact support if you cannot access your account.

Request deletion in the app

    Open your profile or settings

    Sign in to the account you want to delete.

    Choose Delete Account

    Read the consequences and complete the required confirmation.

    Resolve remaining obligations

    Pending transactions, disputes or balances may need attention before the request can complete.

    Keep the confirmation

    Save the request reference for follow-up.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the email associated with your account. State that you want to delete the account and include your registered phone number in a privacy-conscious format. EasyLoad may need to verify your identity before acting.

What deletion means

Account access and data used to provide the service may be removed or deactivated after verification and processing. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting or financial transaction integrity. Retained information remains subject to applicable safeguards.

Before deleting

  • Review pending transactions and support cases.
  • Download or retain records you may need.
  • Resolve remaining wallet balances through available methods.
  • Understand that deletion may not be reversible.
