Delete your EasyLoad account
EasyLoad provides an account-deletion flow inside the app. You can also contact support if you cannot access your account.
Request deletion in the app
- 1Open your profile or settings
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- 2Choose Delete Account
Read the consequences and complete the required confirmation.
- 3Resolve remaining obligations
Pending transactions, disputes or balances may need attention before the request can complete.
- 4Keep the confirmation
Save the request reference for follow-up.
If you cannot access the app
Use official EasyLoad help and explain that you cannot reach the in-app deletion flow. Support can explain the available verification and next steps. Do not send a password, PIN or verification code.
What deletion means
The request affects account access and associated data according to the process shown in the app and the Privacy Policy. This page does not promise immediate removal of every record or a fixed completion time.
Before deleting
- Review pending transactions and support cases.
- Download or retain records you may need.
- Resolve remaining wallet balances through available methods.
- Understand that deletion may not be reversible.
