Available funding methods

EasyLoad may offer one or more of the following methods. Only a method displayed inside your app is currently available to your account.

Voucher

When Voucher is displayed, follow the in-app provider instructions and review the expected processing information before confirming.

EasyCard

If EasyCard redemption is available, enter the code only in the official EasyLoad app and keep it private before redemption.

Cryptocurrency

When supported, use the exact asset and network shown. Blockchain transactions sent to the wrong address or network may be irreversible.

Binance

Use the Binance funding flow shown in EasyLoad, confirm the order details and follow its displayed timing and fee information.

Fees, limits and processing time

Fees and limits depend on the selected method and may change. EasyLoad presents the applicable details during the transaction flow. A pending transaction is not the same as a completed transaction.

  • Voucher and Binance timing depends on the provider flow and the information shown for the order.
  • Cryptocurrency deposits depend on the selected network and required confirmations.
  • Verification or transaction review may be required before funds become available.
  • Never send funds based only on instructions received through social media or an unsolicited message.

Using your EasyLoad balance

Depending on the services available to your account, wallet funds may be used for:

Mobile recharge

Enter the recipient number so EasyLoad can detect its supported operator, then choose from the returned products and confirm carefully.

Money transfers

Review the recipient, delivery amount, exchange rate and any fee shown before sending.

QR payments

Scan supported merchant codes and verify the merchant and amount on the confirmation screen.

Bills and digital products

Pay supported services or purchase available digital products where they are displayed in the app.

Payment-method questions

Timing varies by method, network and compliance review. Use the estimate displayed by EasyLoad when you begin the deposit.

The bank, blockchain network, payment provider or EasyLoad review may still be processing it. Keep the reference and contact support if it exceeds the displayed estimate.

Cancellation depends on the method and current status. Bank and blockchain transfers may not be reversible after sending. Contact support immediately if you made an error.

Send the transaction reference, amount, date, currency and method. Do not send passwords, PINs, private keys or verification codes.

Payment support

If a deposit is delayed, contact and include the EasyLoad transaction reference, amount, date and funding method. Never include your PIN, password, private key or verification code.
