What is the EasyLoad rewards program?

EasyLoad includes a points wallet and referral program inside the authenticated mobile app. Eligible activity can add points to your account. The Rewards screen shows available points, your referral code, invitation tools and a history of point activity.

Rewards are promotional benefits rather than guaranteed cash. Eligibility, point values, campaign rules, service coverage and conversion availability can change. The information displayed in the EasyLoad app is authoritative for your account at the time of use.

How users may earn EasyLoad points

The backend rewards engine supports several controlled event types. An event does not automatically guarantee an award: the account, transaction and campaign must pass the applicable eligibility and anti-abuse rules.

How to invite friends with an EasyLoad referral code

   Open Rewards

   Sign in to the official EasyLoad app and select the Rewards tab.

   Find your referral code

   Use the personal code displayed for your account. Do not invent or alter the code.

   Share through a trusted channel

   Use the available share or invitation action and explain that rewards remain subject to eligibility.

   Let the friend register independently

   The invited person should use their own information and complete any required verification.

   Check points history

   If an award qualifies, follow it in the Rewards activity instead of relying on a screenshot or message.

How points-to-money conversion works

The system separates lifetime points from the current redeemable balance. When conversion is available, EasyLoad uses the eligible current balance and the applicable currency conversion information to calculate the wallet amount.

   Only the balance marked as available or redeemable can be included.

   Choose redeem or convert

   Read the calculated amount and currency shown by the live app flow.

   Authorize with your transaction PIN

   Conversion is a value-changing action and uses the protected transaction-PIN requirement.

   Keep the result

   After successful processing, the redeemed points move from the available balance into used-point history and the result is shown in the app.

Reward limits, eligibility and account checks

The rewards engine can apply daily, weekly or campaign limits and can reject duplicate, invalid or suspicious activity. Points may not be awarded when a purchase produces no qualifying point value, a referral is invalid, a limit has been reached or the activity fails system checks.

• Do not create duplicate or false accounts to obtain referral benefits.
• Do not buy, sell or publish referral codes as guaranteed income.
• Refunded, reversed, disputed or ineligible activity may not qualify.
• Keep your account information accurate and complete required verification.
• Use points only through options displayed in the official EasyLoad app.
