Refund Policy
This page explains how to report a transaction problem for review. A refund or reversal is not guaranteed: the available outcome depends on the transaction status, payment record, provider result and whether the transaction can still be reversed.
Information needed for a review
- The EasyLoad transaction reference and status.
- The date, time, amount and payment method shown in your record.
- The recipient number in a privacy-conscious format.
- A clear description of what was expected and what occurred.
How transaction status affects the review
- Pending: do not repeat the transaction while the first attempt may still complete.
- Failed or reversed: check the payment record and wallet history for the resulting entry.
- Completed: a completed recharge or transfer may not be reversible. EasyLoad help can review the available records but cannot promise recovery.
- Incorrect details: contact help promptly. The ability to stop or recover a transaction depends on its current status.
How to Report a Problem
If a transaction result is unclear, use EasyLoad help and provide:
- Recipient mobile number
- Transaction date and time
- Recharge amount
- Payment method used
- A screenshot of the status or error, with unrelated personal details hidden
Timing and outcome
This page does not promise a fixed review or payment timeframe. EasyLoad help can explain the status and any next step supported by the available transaction records. Never send a password, PIN, private key or verification code.
EasyLoad refund FAQ
Check the final transaction status, recipient number, payment record and operator result, then keep the EasyLoad reference and non-sensitive evidence.
Eligibility depends on whether the transaction can still be stopped or reversed. A completed recharge may not be recoverable, so contact EasyLoad help promptly and provide the transaction reference.
Provide the transaction reference, date, time, amount, payment method and a clear description without sharing a password, PIN or verification code.
No fixed outcome is promised. EasyLoad must review the transaction status, payment record and provider result before explaining any available next step.
