Airtime and a product with a defined allowance are different purchases. EasyLoad displays the choices currently returned for the Roshan number, and the review screen is the source to use for that transaction.

Ask what the recipient needs before choosing. Regular airtime adds usable balance, while a displayed package may carry its own allowance and conditions shown during selection.

How to recharge Roshan

   Open mobile recharge

   Sign in to the official EasyLoad app and select mobile recharge.

   Enter the recipient number

   Check the country code and every digit. The number determines which supported operator products are displayed.

   Choose airtime or a package

   Select only a product shown for the number and read its allowance, price and validity.

   Review and confirm

   Verify the operator, number, product and final amount, then keep the EasyLoad transaction reference.

When the expected Roshan product is missing

• Verify that the recipient asked for airtime or a particular type of product.
• Refresh only after confirming the number; do not rely on a saved product screenshot.
• Do not substitute a different product without the recipient’s agreement.
• If a choice remains unavailable, return later or ask EasyLoad help about the displayed options.

Important recharge and package checks

• Confirm the number belongs to Roshan before paying.
• Distinguish regular airtime from data, voice, SMS and combination packages.
