How to Send Mobile Recharge to Afghanistan Safely

Sending airtime or a data package to family in Afghanistan can take only a few steps, but checking the recipient and product first is essential.

Confirm the Afghan mobile number

Ask the recipient to send their complete current number, including the correct network prefix. Avoid copying a number from an old conversation when the person may have changed SIM cards.

Compare every digit before payment. Mobile recharge is normally delivered directly to the selected number and may not be reversible after successful processing.

Identify the mobile network

Afghan Wireless, Roshan, Etisalat Afghanistan, ATOMA and Salaam offer different airtime and data products. EasyLoad uses the recipient number to display products that are available through the current provider connection.

A familiar package name does not guarantee that it belongs to the recipient’s network. Select from the live options displayed during the transaction.

Review airtime, data and validity

Airtime adds calling credit, while a data bundle provides a defined internet allowance and validity period. Combo packages may include data, voice and SMS.

Check the recipient number, operator, allowance, validity, price and any fee on the final review screen. Keep the EasyLoad reference until the recipient confirms delivery.

What to do when recharge is delayed

First check the transaction status instead of sending a duplicate payment. Provider maintenance or network processing can sometimes delay delivery.

If the status remains pending longer than expected, contact official EasyLoad support with the transaction reference, time, number in a privacy-conscious format and selected product. Never share a password, PIN or verification code.
